Only one gift certificate can be redeemed per booking, per customer, per event. Cannot combine gift certificates or use as a deposit. No returns, refunds or exchanges. Cannot be used on merchandise sold by us.
For security purposes all Gift Certificates have a one year expiration date - however please have our billing department update them for you. Send us a scanned copy of your expired Gift Certificate and we will then re-print or email one at no additional fee.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.
